How It Works
Energy & Focus IV combines B-complex, B12, and taurine in one liter of saline, finished with a 500 mg glutathione push. B vitamins help your body turn food into energy, and low B12 is a common cause of fatigue; taurine is an amino acid involved in nerve and muscle function; and glutathione is an antioxidant your body makes naturally. The fluids help too, since even mild dehydration can make you feel tired and foggy. Getting enough sleep, eating well, and managing stress matter just as much. About an hour.
