How It Works

Vitamin B12 helps your body make healthy red blood cells, supports normal nerve function, and helps turn the food you eat into energy. Low B12 is a common cause of tiredness, and it’s more likely if you eat little or no animal products, as you get older, or if you take certain medications. This injection delivers B12 directly into the muscle, with no IV line needed. Your nurse reviews your health history before every injection.
