Planning a series of sessions? Each visit takes place in our private chamber at the Rancho Bernardo clinic: you sit in a padded recliner while pressure rises gradually, then rest, read, or watch TV, with our team right outside and an intercom if you need anything.

How It Works
You relax in a padded recliner inside our hard-shell, walk-in chamber while it is gradually pressurized, up to 2.0 ATA. During your session you breathe up to 95% concentrated oxygen through a mask. Your first visit includes a quick health screening, because hyperbaric sessions aren’t suitable for everyone, for example people with certain lung or ear conditions.

Each visit includes about 90 minutes at pressure. After a gradual 5-to-8 minute pressurization while you clear your ears, you can nap, read, or listen to audio. A brief depressurization ends each visit. Packages let you schedule your sessions whenever it suits you.
