How It Works
Relax IV combines magnesium, zinc, and B-complex in one liter of saline. Magnesium plays a key role in muscle relaxation and nerve function, and many adults don’t get enough from diet alone; B vitamins support the nervous system; and zinc supports overall health. The visit itself is part of it: an hour in a quiet suite, or at home, to slow down.
