Booking Questions
How long does an IV appointment take?
Most IV drips take about 45–60 minutes, including a quick health review with your nurse before the infusion starts. Higher-volume and NAD+ infusions can take longer; the time for each therapy is shown when you select it.
Can I book a same-day IV?
Yes, when times are open. Same-day clinic and mobile visits are shown in the calendar above. If you don’t see a time that works, call or text us and we’ll check the schedule for you.
Is there an extra charge for evening mobile visits?
Mobile visits from 6 PM to 10 PM carry a $100 after-hours fee per visit, added to your therapy’s mobile price. When you book an evening time, select the “Afterhours Visit” add-on. In-clinic visits have no after-hours fee.
What happens at my first visit?
A registered nurse reviews your health history, checks your vitals, and confirms the therapy is right for you before starting your IV. You’ll be monitored for the whole infusion.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Your confirmation email includes a link to change or cancel your appointment, or you can call or text us at (858) 351-3255.
Do you offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy?
Yes. Hyperbaric oxygen sessions are available at our Rancho Bernardo clinic. Learn about HBOT sessions.
